CTW Easymove is provided by Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors and their home information pack company Lampthink Limited.

We are an independent high street firm, with offices in SE London and Kent, established for over 70 years.

We have three offices in Eltham, Dartford and Bromley and we are happy for you to deal with whichever office is more convenient for you.

We are not a referral agency who will pass your case onto a panel of solicitors, we deal with all our work in house using directly employed staff.

As solicitors we carry the compulsory professional indemnity insurance of £2 million per claim.

To give you additional peace of mind, we are regulated by the solicitors’ regulation authority to ensure the highest possible professional standards.

We have one of the largest dedicated conveyancing departments in the area, handling thousands of satisfied clients every year. We pride ourselves on the quality service we offer both our clients and estate agents during what can be a stressful process.
